Bring your best dressed paw-ty animals to parade around the sidewalks of downtown Wayne! Tricks are optional, but treats are promised! Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 costumes. ROUTE: Start at 1st and Main, go north to 4th Street. Turn around and go south on the opposite sidewalk. Go west on 2nd Street, south on Pearl Street, and east on 1st, ending at 1st and Main.
